It is with great pride that I welcome you to the Institute of SeaTurtle Conservation (ISC), a specialized initiative of the Research and Education for Environmental Foundation (REEF). ISC was established with a singular vision to protect, study, and sustain the fragile populations of sea turtles along our coastlines through science, compassion, and community participation.

Sea turtles play an irreplaceable role in maintaining the health of marine ecosystems. Yet, they continue to face increasing threats from habitat degradation, marine pollution, irresponsible fishing practices, and climate change. At ISC, we are committed to addressing these challenges through a blend of research-based conservation, field monitoring, capacity building, and public outreach.

Our dedicated team of researchers, conservationists, and volunteers works tirelessly across nesting beaches and coastal communities to ensure that every nest is protected and every hatchling has a safe path to the ocean. Through our training programs, internships, and collaborative research, we aim to nurture the next generation of marine conservation leaders.ISC believes that conservation becomes meaningful only when communities, students, institutions, and policymakers work together.
